Here's how I work and communicate so you always know what to expect.

Office Hours

I'm typically working between 11am and 6pm EST, Monday through Thursday. I mainly take meetings Tuesday through Thursday. Fridays are my CEO days. You can expect a response within 2 hours during these times, unless I communicate otherwise.

Communication

We'll communicate primarily through email or Voxer (@organizemayhem) outside of our scheduled Zoom meetings. In emergent situations, you can call or text me at 443-671-7990.

Tools We'll Use

I store project documents in Google Drive. After onboarding, I'll send you a link to a shared folder where you can easily access deliverables and resources.

Holiday Policy

I do not work on federal holidays. We can connect prior to major holidays to establish deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks.

Vacation Policy

I'll provide 10 day notice of any upcoming vacations so we can plan work together appropriately, and ensure you have everything you need while we're out.

Rush Policy

Rush requests are those that require completion within 12 hours. Rush requests may result in a rush fee.

  • Let go of the "how." You're the visionary. Tell me what you want and why; I'll handle the systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Transparency. Organize Mayhem exists because business is messy. I need to see the "ugly" parts to fix them. I am a safe vault for your business mayhem, and the sooner I see it, the faster I can turn it into calm.
  • Brain dump via Audio message or Voxer. Skip the long emails. Send raw thoughts and I'll filter them through our strategy into a documented plan.
  • Give me the green light. The goal is to remove you as the bottleneck. Give me autonomy on operational minutiae so the business keeps moving forward.
  • Share the long term vision. The more I know about where you want to be in 12 months, the better I can build the systems for that future version of you.

This is where we already are. We get to know your business, your goals, and where you need the most support. I want to understand where you're succeeding and where you need a real partner.

Strategy & Proposal

Based on our call, I'll send a custom proposal outlining insights, potential projects, and next steps tailored specifically to your business.

The Kickoff Session

A focused strategy session where we lay it all out. What you want to improve, document and which systems will make your business run smoothly. We'll review your kickoff questionnaire and prioritize what to tackle over the next 90 days.

The Audit, First 90 Days

We dive deep. I observe how your business operates before any implementation begins. Files, processes, team dynamics if needed. Everything we build will be exactly right for you.

We create SOPs, plug operational leaks, and build the foundation that makes growth feel sustainable. You get back to leading. I handle the rest.
