Weeks 2–3
Job post, application questions, interview guide, and scorecard are built, all customized for your business and your ideal hire.
Weeks 3–4
Your ClickUp hiring pipeline goes live. We build your sourcing strategy and get the role in front of the right people.
Week 4+
We debrief candidates together, finalize your hire, and set up your 30-day onboarding plan so the relationship starts strong.

If you don't make a hire within 30 days of completing the process, we go back to work at no additional cost. No fine print. No runaround. We don't stop until you have your person.
Once you've been through The Hiring System, your second hire is only $1,500. The infrastructure is already built. We just run the process again.
